If you for any reason upon receiving the order, wish to cancel it you will need to contact us within 7 working days.
1. If your reason for Cancelling is based upon the fact that the goods were received in a damaged state, kindly Contact us via E-Mail or whatsapp(visit our contact us page) attaching images of the damaged goods. We will then Replace the merchandise with a new Product or a full Refund which includes all costs of Transporting the goods.
2. If your reason is based upon you not being satisfied with the product or that the product did not meet your expectations while withstanding that the fact that the goods were received in good order, you will need to have it returned to us at your own cost. You will be refunded the cost of the goods only, less 20% handling fee.
* Please Note: Refund will only be processed once we have received the goods and have inspected to make sure the good returned are unused and have been returned in the original packaging.
